Services

Three services for MEP and light-current manufacturers. Each works on its own; together they cover the whole path from a live project to delivered product.

02 · Win

Mawrid Consult

In MEP and light current, a tender is decided by the documents a consultant can approve. We prepare them with the rigour of the engineer who will read them.

A

Compliance statements

Every clause of the specification set against your product, with comply, clarify or deviation marked and justified. The page consultants read first.

B

Technical submittals

Datasheets, drawings and certificates assembled and checked against the specification before they reach the consultant.

C

Technical reviews

An independent review of your submittal or a competitor's, with every gap listed, referenced and given a clear action.

D

Tender document review

We read the tender before you price it: scope, exclusions, approved makes and the clauses that decide who qualifies.

Leads + Consult includes four technical reviews every month. Additional reviews are scoped per tender.

03 · Source · Inspect · Deliver

Mawrid Source

When the order comes, we help you supply the project. We find the right factory, in Egypt first and globally where Egypt cannot supply, then manage quality and the journey to site.

  • Factory search and shortlisting: Egypt first, then China, Europe and Africa
  • Price and terms negotiated on your behalf
  • Inspection by independent inspectors, to a standard we set
  • Shipment oversight through to delivery on site
  • Connect only, or full scope from manufacture to delivery
We act as your agent, never as the seller. You buy directly from the factory and own the goods from the start. Our fee is a commission of 3–10% of order value, quoted per project, with part paid as a deposit before sourcing begins. A typical sourcing cycle takes 8–12 weeks.

Engagements

We work with no more than ten partners at a time. Every engagement begins with an introduction and a review of your product.

Questions

Which products do you work with?

MEP and light-current hardware: generators, compressors and chillers, pipework, water filtration, lighting, power and fibre cables, network switching, servers, racks and security systems. We focus on products built to a high standard, not on volume.

Which projects do you cover?

Data centres, oil and gas, industrial facilities, factories, commercial buildings and residential compounds across 50+ countries in the Middle East and Africa, with a core focus on Egypt and the GCC.

How does an engagement start?

With an introduction. We review your product, its certifications and your target markets against the projects we track. When the fit is right, we agree an engagement.

Who owns the goods when you source?

You do. We act as your agent: the contract and the title pass directly from the factory to you. We never hold stock.

Why only ten partners?

Every lead and every document is checked by a person before it reaches you. Keeping the list short is how we keep that standard.

Introductions

Every engagement starts with a private conversation about your product and the markets you want to win.
